Our 2 night stay at the Courtenay Coast Hotel was great. First, my wife requested the 2nd floor and they accommodated the request. The room had a comfortable King Bed, modern shower and was new and comfortable. The hotel had a partially heated pool we used one evening and hotel was just a few minutes away from the theatre, so we saw a movie one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I very happy with our room and the hotel. I highly recommend staying here. David C.

Nice attention. Nevertheless, payed extra for montain view and given 1st floor room with view to trees... Room not ready when arriving, keys granted after 4.30pm...

We loved these cabins. They were super comfortable and we sat on the deck in the early morning and afternoons and watched the golfers. I would definitely make this my first choice next time we are in Courtenay. I recommend you get one that backs onto the golf course.

The shaded gardens surrounding this hotel make it stand out from any other hotel I have stayed at recently. Overall this hotel is calm, peaceful, & restorative.

I was here on business for Two nights in August. I went to iron a brand new Hugo Boss polo shirt and the iron spewed Rusty water all over it. I went to the front desk and explained what had happened. They were very polite and asked me to come see the manager once I returned to the hotel later that day. When I returned the housekeeping manager Theresa (amazing) greeted me and insisted on reimbursing me for the shirt. I told her I could send her the receipt once I got home and try to get it cleaned and let them know, but she reimbursed me. What was impressive was that every staff member I talked to was supportive and no one made any excuses. When I returned to my room there was a brand new iron and a nice note From Theresa as well. Exceptional!
